At present the Cash Store staff is fully fluent in 6 languages;
English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Spanish, Farsi, and we can stumble through French.

The Owners:
Gus and Jerry have combined experience of over 60 years in the pawn industry. Both have been fortunate to have retail/pawn experience from family run stores, as well as having overseen large corporate multi-unit operations. By implementing the best of both types of operations, the Cash Store maintains the highest of business standards.

Managers:
Jesse has been a loyal employee for nearly 16 years and started as a part time clerk. Over the years and thousands of transactions later, Jesse accepted the General Manager position. Along with his GIA certified classroom education, Jesse offers expertise with any type of tool, car, computer, diamond or firearm.
Karen oversees all jewelry operations. Twenty-plus years of managing every aspect of the jewelry industry has insured your visit will be a rewarding experience. Karen’s regular interactions with world class vendors and designers have allowed the store to offer all customers a unique and rewarding inventory. Karen’s formal associations include the GIA alumni association, the GA Diamond Certificate, GIA Gem Grading, and GIA Gem Enhancement, to mention just a few.
Rodrigo is entering his 18th year of service. Rod has always overseen the Cash Store jewelry bench operations. Before joining the company, Rodrigo had been a master craftsman for over twenty years in all aspects of jewelry and watch repair. From contracting custom design jobs to running his own jewelry store, Rodrigo has had tremendous exposure to all aspects of the jewelry trade. Recently, Rod completed an intense course on the newest laser repair. He has added the “Rofin Starwelder” laser machine to our bench jewelers vast array of services.
Other Cash Store crew members add a vast array of professional and trade skills including watch and coin expertise, auto mechanic skills, musical instrument proficiency of all types, audio/video services, boat mechanic skills, and firearm collecting expertise. We employ computer geeks, gem experts, sports card and memorabilia fanatics, and that is only a minute listing.
